It's time to go inward! Come and join me for this amazing 7 week seminar! We will meet every Friday night for 7 nights! 

Each week we will be studying a chakra. We will learn how each chakra develops our minds and bodies from being an infant to different years of age, and we will study what signs we can see in our current age that will tell us if certain chakras are blocked. A video will be sent out to watch prior to coming to class the explains each chakra in depth.

Then, each Friday night we will use a meditation and yoga practice to change the flow of the chakra we are studying to run more efficiently. This is a time to do a deep dive into ourselves to help us grow into a more positive, well-rounded person.

A few side notes: Being in person is a great experience to unwind and collaborate in the group energy, but if you can't make it to some of the classes, I will be emailing out the information, as well as, a video to do at home.
